01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the good8.win website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the good8.win Platform, including registered account holders, guests, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. good8.win reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you are accessing good8.win on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms will be treated as acceptance by that party.

02 Eligibility

Use of the good8.win Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming. good8.win enforces this requirement through mandatory age verification using valid Philippine government-issued identification.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online casino services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of good8.win, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the good8.win Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on good8.win, you must create a registered account. The following terms govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on good8.win. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your good8.win login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. good8.win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Verification: good8.win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your good8.win account at any time by contacting our support team. good8.win reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the good8.win Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: good8.win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at good8.win's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱200 for bank transfers.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• Processing Times: E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of third-party payment accounts or funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Verification: good8.win reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed pending the completion of such checks.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

good8.win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. good8.win reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• good8.win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• good8.win reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional gamblers or players employing systematic strategies to exploit bonus offers may have their bonuses voided.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the good8.win Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply to all games on good8.win:

• RNG Certification: All non-live games on good8.win use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and is not subject to RNG.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, good8.win reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round. good8.win's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: good8.win is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end during a game session.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the good8.win Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on good8.win
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the good8.win Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or good8.win staff
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment

08 Responsible Gaming

good8.win is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the good8.win Platform without the prior written consent of good8.win.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, good8.win and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits
• Loss of data or account information
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions

good8.win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. good8.win makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11 Privacy

good8.win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

good8.win implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and good8.win cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

12 Amendments

good8.win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, good8.win will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the good8.win Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

good8.win operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their concerns have not been adequately addressed by good8.win may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
